Refund Policy

As all the items I sell in my store are personalized, I can't offer an open return and refund policy. This is because they can't be returned in original(/re-selling) state

However, my customers satisfaction is of high priority, so please reach out to me if there is a problem with your order.

If there has been a mistake on my end (e.g. wrong product, colors or damage), then I will of course replace your order.
